For over two decades, our co-founders have delivered strategic intelligence to help decision-makers from The White House and halls of Congress to corporate boardrooms and advisory firms navigate political and reputational risk.

But legacy tools—built around rigid keyword searches—slowed even the best analysts, burying insights under too much noise. With generative AI, they saw the opportunity to build something different: an AI-native platform shaped by the instincts and rigor of people who live this work.

At Delve Deep Learning, he brings the strategic insight and operational experience to reshape how public affairs professionals stay ahead.

Kyle Huwa

Co-Founder & Technical Lead

A Stanford and University of Chicago-trained data scientist and political strategist who leveraged his communication talents for both a Member of Congress and a Cabinet member, Kyle bridges the gap between advanced AI technology and the complex realities of policymaking.

He leads Delve Deep Learning's platform and product innovation, ensuring it thinks like the best analysts—because he’s been one.

Sean McAllister

Co-Founder & Research Advisor

Sean leads the research and analysis team at Delve, after years of frontline public-affairs experience.

He previously spent three election cycles on the national party committee research team, built deep policy expertise during his nine years at a major trade association, and served early in his career as a Political Liaison for the Speaker of the U.S. House.

At Delve Deep Learning, Sean ensures that domain expertise, analytical rigor, and policy relevance stay at the core of everything we build.

Danielle previously led digital marketing and public affairs efforts at PLUS Communications, supporting a wide range of policy-driven clients. She is also an experienced political consultant, advising on communications strategy, messaging, and positioning. She holds a Bachelors in Government with a minor in Journalism from Patrick Henry College. Danielle is excited to be at the forefront of AI innovation—empowering public affairs professionals to move faster, think deeper, and deliver greater impact through the fusion of technology and strategic insight.

Kevin is a veteran of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and U.S. Department of Energy and a long time top political fundraising powerhouse. After spending the past few years working at a political tech startup, Kevin joined Delve Deep Learning to manage our growth and success team.

Brendon is a former AI/ML Researcher at University of Delaware's VIMS Lab with experience solving complex problems in document analysis and ML classification and creating novel Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). He honed his software engineering skills developing applications for a wide range of industry sectors, and now uses these experiences to ensure we deliver meaningful, relevant insights to public affairs and government relations professionals. Brendon received his Bachelors in Software Engineering from McGill University.

William was previously the Lead Machine Learning Engineer for Booz Allen Hamilton for their flagship generative AI project with Amazon Web Services. His extensive exposure to the leading edge of AI and ML techniques has prepared him to creating cutting edge LLM-based solutions for information extraction and agentic retrieval of data. William received a Bachelors in Computer Science and a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Johns Hopkins where he was Student Body President. He also received a Masters in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Australian National University and is excited to help empower public affairs professionals to work smarter, communicate more effectively, and drive meaningful impact.

Sam is a former Program Specialist for the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Agency for International Development where he actively managed and maintained relationships with international stakeholders, financial institutions, foreign governments, and U.S. agencies. Sam received his Bachelors in European History from Washington and Lee University and his Masters in International Affairs from Georgetown University, Walsh School of Foreign Service.
